This newly completed 8″ x 12″ watercolor house portrait of a charming stone home in Glendale, Missouri was a joy to portray! The tudor-style residence and lovely landscape have so much idyllic character and were so interesting to depict. The artwork was given as a closing gift from realtor Debbie Dempsey with Schonbrun Realtors to the homeowners who had lived at this residence for over 30 years — this custom house portrait will bring many warm memories!

This 9″x 15″ watercolor portrait depicts a spacious home in Warson Woods, Missouri that recently underwent extensive, stylish interior and exterior renovations that turned out beautifully. The artwork is a gift from a wife to her husband to commemorate all they did together to make this house their “home”. This custom house portrait will be a nice addition to one of the rooms — I hope it brings pride and satisfaction every time they see it!
Watercolor House Portrait for Moving Gift
This 11″x 15″ watercolor painting portrays a picturesque home in Shrewsbury, Missouri and was a gift from very thoughtful realtors Michael and Constance McArthur to their friend who had recently moved. In addition to the colorful blooming flowers, the portrait includes some garden accents… a St. Francis statue, an antique miniature bike, and a decorative garden flag — all touching to remember! I hope this custom house portrait brings wonderful memories of the many years spent in this residence and the great neighbors they had!

Portrait of Condominium Building for Gift
This 11″x 17″ pen and ink with watercolor portrait depicts a six-family condominium property located in University City, Missouri and was so interesting to portray. The decorative cornice with very ornate frieze underneath along with the gorgeous carved pediment above the entry door give so much distinguished character to this building. The artwork was commissioned to be a graduation gift from my client to his fiance and includes their two cats sitting in a window of their unit. I hope she will be pleased with this custom house portrait and wish this young couple many happy memories in this residence!
