The Last House Portrait for Christmas 2025
This watercolor is the last house portrait for Christmas 2025! The 8″ x 12″ artwork depicts a family’s home in Kirkwood, Missouri and will be a gift from my client Kate, to her husband. Special touches are the Mary statue in the front garden, and the tree swing! They just moved here two months ago and this will be their first Christmas in their new home — what an exciting time for them! I hope they and their family enjoy many happy years in this beautiful residence!
Gift Certificates Available for Christmas 2025
Though my house portrait schedule for Christmas delivery is filled, my Gift Certificates are available and make a perfect gift! They can be presented on Christmas Day and redeemed by the recipient at their convenience. Then they can work with me directly and give input for the portrayal of their property so the artwork turns out exactly as they wish! Both watercolor paintings and pen and ink portraits are available in various sizes and prices and you can see your options here. Very Special House Portrait Commission
This was a very special house portrait commission and I was happy to create it. This 12″x 19″ watercolor artwork portrays the beautiful home of my dear cousin and his wife in the early autumn season. Their three adult children ordered the portrait for a gift for them and it includes their two beloved dogs, one sitting on the sidewalk and the other looking out a window — such a sweet touch! I hope my cousin and his wife will smile every time they view it!
