This 11″ x 17″ pen and ink with watercolor house portrait for a realtor’s closing gift was a delight to create! The artwork portrays a distinctive and spacious 12,000 + square foot residence in Illinois situated on over five acres — and it’s gorgeous inside and out. The home was recently sold, and the artwork is a gift from the listing agent to his sellers — such a thoughtful and meaningful keepsake for them! Completed on January 20, this 9″ x 16″ watercolor portrait of a Washington state home was a joy to depict! The artwork of this sprawling stone and frame residence is the second I’ve provided for my client, Kathy W. and this one will be given to her son and his family. I hope they enjoy many years in this handsome home surrounded by the natural beauty of the landscape!

The artwork is a gift from parents to their daughter and her family and includes a section of the rock formation and waterfall in the front landscape — very picturesque!
