The classic Georgian style architecture and beautifully manicured landscape were so interesting to portray and I hope the new homeowners will be pleased with this thoughtful gift! This newly completed 11″ x 18″watercolor portrait of a Florida home will be a closing gift from a thoughtful realtor to the homeowners who have lived in this unique stone residence for many years. The artwork includes their guest house adjacent to the main residence and an intricate wrought iron fence and gate flanked by graceful live oak trees — this is truly a beautiful property! I hope this custom house portrait will bring many fond memories to this family!
House Portrait of Beautiful Brick Home
This 9″x 12″ watercolor custom house portrait portrays a beautiful brick home and landscape in University City, Missouri and it was so interesting to depict! The artwork is the result of the redemption of a house portrait gift certificate I donated to a silent auction fundraiser for the Magic House Children’s Museum last year and I was happy to help this organization. The brick work of this home is intricate and appealing to the eye and the stained glass windows on the second floor are a lovely feature. Congratulations to Colin S., the recipient of the portrait!

- Send your photo(s) and 50% deposit payment. ( If the home is in the greater St. Louis area, I can take the photos for a nominal fee if you prefer.)
- When the house portrait is complete, the digital image will be sent for your approval, then the remaining balance will be due and arrangements made for artwork pickup or shipping to you.

Beautiful Archival Prints Made for Client
These 8.5″x 11″ beautiful archival prints made locally for my client Samantha will be a treasured keepsake for her family members! She commissioned me to portray these three properties in watercolor portraits, and the original artwork was given as gifts to her parents and future in-laws. She decided to order the prints for her siblings and fiance because she knew they all had fond memories of those properties and the prints would be very appreciated — a very thoughtful thing to do for them! I hope these prints of the two homes and the lake house cottage bring many wonderful memories for each of them!
