This 9″x 13″ house portrait of a Cedar Rapids, Iowa home was commissioned to be a Christmas gift from my client to his dear friend. The artwork was created with black pen and ink with watercolor overlay and captures the way the home and landscape looked when it was sold a few years ago. Completed on October 25, this 8″x 11″ watercolor portrait depicts an impressive home in Richmond Heights, Missouri with handsome Tudor-style character.
