Look who spent time with me in my art studio today — Max!

He’s visiting while our 21 year old son is in town and Max sure has grown since he was here last! Such a great and very well-behaved dog! I appreciated his company while I began a new watercolor house portrait… he was very content to lay near my art table and keep an eye on me — literally, because he was born with only one. I’m sure going to miss Max when he goes back to our son’s house in a couple days, but I’m looking forward to having him here once our son graduates college next year. And don’t you love how he matches my rug?
