So pleased and happy to meet Lisa Ober — a very talented St. Louis artist who specializes in oil and pastel portraits of people, landscapes and still lifes. We met for lunch at Cyranos, a local restaurant known for great food and colorful, artsy decor — a perfect place for two artists to meet! Here’s the newest, just completed on September 26th… a 10″x15″ watercolor portrait of a suburban home in St. Louis, Missouri. This portrait was commissioned as a birthday gift for the homeowner who will be moving soon. The artwork includes the room addition and all her favorite plants and flowers in the landscape — I hope she is pleased with her home portrait and it brings her warm memories!

Here’s the newest, just completed on September 20th… a custom sized 15″x 23″ watercolor portrait of a large brick residence in Chesterfield, Missouri. This portrait was commissioned to be a gift for the homeowners and shows their beautiful home with lush landscape in full bloom along with sweeping brick steps leading to the upper patio and garden area.
