This handsome residence in University City, Missouri has so much great character! The 8″x 10″ watercolor painting portrays my client’s childhood home where her parents still live. This classic Tudor-style architectural design includes intricate brick patterns that were interesting to depict and dark wooden trim that accentuates them. The limestone wall and steps add to the impressive and idyllic look of the property and are very inviting to visitors. I trust this portrait will bring my client many sweet memories of growing up there!

Such a Lovely Older Home to Portray!
This was such a lovely older home to portray! This 8″x 12″ watercolor painting depicts a family’s residence in Webster Groves, Missouri and was a joy to create! This older brick home has lots of character and the large front yard streaked with beautiful sunlight made a very picturesque portrayal. This is the second custom house portrait I’ve provided for this client and he and his wife are looking forward to displaying next to the first one of his childhood home. This 9″ x 15″ watercolor house portrait of a Columbia, Illinois home will bring great memories for the recipients! They had recently moved, and their grandson knew the artwork would make a wonderful gift for them! This home had hosted many family events over several decades and archival prints are being made to give to family members as a memento — a very thoughtful thing to do! The artwork even includes the stained glass in the center of the bow window that was created by the grandmother who was a very accomplished artist! Gift to Young Couple Recently Married
This portrait was a joy to create! The 10″x 17″ watercolor is a gift to a young couple recently married at Ever After Farms wedding venue in Okeechobee, Florida. The groom’s parents commissioned the painting and it includes the barn building lit with white lights, the small lake and fountains, bridge, antique car, and most importantly — the bride and groom set against a lovely sunset sky. I hope the artwork brings Jameson and Caitlyn many sweet memories!
Portrait of Lakeside Home a Delight to Create!
This newly completed watercolor portrait of a lakeside home was a delight to create! This 12″x 18″ watercolor painting depicts a property in the New Town community of Saint Charles, Missouri and was a closing gift from realtor Mary Slay for her clients who were moving to Ohio. This custom house portrait includes several items the recipients enjoyed while living there… the rattan sofa, chair, and bar on the upper porch, the hot tub on the patio below, and the American eagles that often flew near the home! I hope the portrait will bring them many warm memories!
