Just completed on June 11, this 9″ x 12″ watercolor portrait was done for PATRICK and BONNIE HIGGINS, the winners of a house portrait gift certificate I donated last year to a fundraiser for The Mid-America Chapter of the Crohns and Colitis Foundation. They asked for their 2-story traditional style, frame home in Ballwin to be portrayed, and I hope they will be delighted with their custom house portrait! Their generous bid helped the event organizers reach their goal and be a wonderful success! Pen and Ink with Watercolor of Chesterfield, Missouri Home
Completed on June 1, this 8″ x 10″ pen and ink with watercolor portrait portrays an attractive, traditional style, frame home in Chesterfield, Missouri. The owners recently moved and wished to have a special keepsake of the home they enjoyed for so many years and include their lovely azaleas in full bloom. I hope the custom house portrait will bring them many fond memories every time they view it!

On May 23rd, the finishing touches were put on this 11″ x 14″ watercolor house portrait of a 2-story brick home in Imperial, Missouri. The artwork was created for Rick Novosak, the winner of a House Portrait Gift Certificate I donated to a fundraiser event for Ride On St. Louis last November. I enjoyed portraying this handsome residence, and hope the owners will be proud to display in their home!
Watercolor of Charming Home
Just finished on May 9th, this 11″ x 14″ watercolor painting portrays a charming and picturesque ivory brick home in Kirkwood, Missouri. This house portrait was commissioned to be a gift to a young married couple who recently moved, and I hope they will be surprised and very pleased with the portrayal of their First Home!

Congratulations to KATHY SCHOENEKASE, winner of the House Portrait Gift Certificate I donated to the silent auction of the “Meet Me in St. Louis” fundraising event for Christ, Prince of Peace parish in Ballwin, Missouri! The proceeds of the event, which was held on April 29, will benefit the needs of the school and church, and I was happy to help!
