Watercolor Painting of West Seneca, New York Home
Completed on December 11, this 8.5″ x 11″ watercolor house portrait depicts a traditional two-story brick and frame residence located in West Seneca, New York. The artwork was commissioned by the homeowner’s daughter, and she also requested fine art reproduction archival prints be made to give her siblings — a very thoughtful thing to do — and I hope they bring wonderful memories to each of them!
Watercolor Painting of Ladue, Missouri Home
Completed on December 6, this 9″ x 12″ watercolor painting portrays a lovely property in Ladue, Missouri. It was created for Elizabeth Hughes, the winner of a gift certificate I donated to a silent auction for a fundraiser for Stray Rescue, and she asked that her family’s home of eleven years be portrayed because they had recently moved. This custom house portrait will be a nice addition to her family’s new home and a sweet reminder of the years they lived there!
Christmas Greeting Card With Family’s Home
The Christmas holiday greeting cards are beginning to arrive!
If you’re like me, you love seeing the beautiful and whimsical holiday greeting cards from dear family and friends and the warm feelings it brings to your heart. For those that would like a unique greeting card, consider doing what one of my clients recently did with the original watercolor artwork I created of his family’s home after granting him permission to reproduce the image. I was delighted to receive the 5″ x 7″ finished card in the mail a few days ago and especially appreciated the message on the inside.
