Final House Portrait Due for Christmas 2024
This final house portrait due for Christmas 2024 was a joy to paint! The 11″ x 14″ watercolor artwork portrays a beautiful home in the city of Saint Louis, Missouri. The owners lived there for many decades and raised my client, Mary, and her siblings in this large residence. Her parents have taken meticulous care of this property and Mary knew this custom house portrait would be the perfect Christmas gift!

Pen and Ink Portrait of Home in Shaker Heights, Ohio
This 9″ x 12″ pen and ink portrait depicts a residence in Shaker Heights, Ohio and was so interesting to render. The owners of this older brick home had lived there for many years, recently moved, and wished to have this artwork memento. This classically beautiful home looks so distinctive portrayed in black linework and I hope it brings many fond memories!

Portrait of a Family’s Beloved Dog
This portrait of a family’s beloved dog was a special request and a joy to portray! The 8″ x 10″ mixed media artwork depicts “Izzy”, a very sweet 8 year old black Lab and Beagle mix. A friend of mine knew this would be the perfect gift for her adult daughter, and she is so excited to precent to her on Christmas Day! I worked from a photo of Izzy wearing a clover flower necklace made by her daughter’s small son — what a special touch! I truly enjoyed creating this portrait for her and I hope she will be delighted!
