Closing Gift for Long-Time Homeowners
Today was closing day for the long-time owners of a home in Crestwood, Missouri and they were delighted with the watercolor house portrait given to them by their realtor! Agent Debbie Dempsey of Schonbrun Realtors commissioned the artwork because she knew how much their home meant to them and thought a custom house portrait would be a wonderful closing gift to celebrate and honor their decades of memories. This newly completed 8″x 12″ watercolor house portrait will be a closing gift from a thoughtful realtor to her clients selling this home. This first custom house portrait of 2023 portrays a charming brick residence in St. Louis, Missouri and was a joy to render! The 11″ x 14″ watercolor artwork was commissioned by parents as a gift to their daughter and son-in-law and their family to celebrate the seven years they lived there before moving to a larger home. I hope this house portrait brings many fond memories to each of them!
