Just completed on January 24…. an oversized 16″ x 26″ Watercolor of a spacious stucco and stone residence in Chatham, Virginia. This custom house portrait was commissioned by the owner as a gift for her family. This home is rich in architectural beauty and detail, and I truly enjoyed portraying it along with the landscape in full summer bloom.

Watercolor portrait of home in Cumming, Georgia
Just completed on January 10th… a custom watercolor house portrait of a handsome residence in Cumming, Georgia. This portrait was commissioned by adult siblings as a gift to their parents to commemorate achieving their Dream Home. The artwork includes the many flowering plants in the garden areas of their front yard, as well as a personalized, engraved stone, and two decorative flags on the railing in honor of the military service of the two brothers. Congratulations to the homeowners on their achievement — I hope they are pleased with the watercolor home portrait from their very thoughtful family!

Just completed on December 31st…the final Custom House Portrait of 2013… a Watercolor of a classic Cape Cod style home situated on a large piece of land surrounded by mature trees. The house portrait was commissioned as a gift to the homeowner because he has lived at this property since childhood and will be moving soon. I hope he is pleased with the portrayal — I truly enjoyed creating this house portrait for him!
