House Portrait of Cedar Rapids, Iowa Home

This 9″x 13″ house portrait of a Cedar Rapids, Iowa home was commissioned to be a Christmas gift from my client to his dear friend. The artwork was created with black pen and ink with watercolor overlay and captures the way the home and landscape looked when it was sold a few years ago.  My client’s friend had lived in this home for most of her life and I hope she will be very touched by this thoughtful gift!
