Another Fascinating Trip to Washington, DC

My husband and I just returned from another fascinating trip to Washington, DC visiting our youngest son Chaz and his wife Katie!  This time we brought our daughter Lauren and two grandchildren and everyone had a terrific time! We took them to national museums and magnificent monuments in DC and saw the recently renovated historic fountains – all amazing to see. My husband and I even toured the White House – it’s architecture is impressive and so beautiful! Saw the spectacular Iwo Jima Memorial in Arlington, VA too! Given the 250 Year Anniversary of our Independence Day is coming up in just a few weeks, it was a very exciting and extraordinary time to be there!
