Watercolor Painting of Chappaqua, New York Home

This was such an interesting home to portray!  

Completed on November 1, this 14″ x 24″ watercolor portrays a sprawling home in Chappaqua, New York, the main part of which was built in 1723. The current homeowners and their family have lived there for 30 years, and the adult children commissioned the portrait as a gift to their parents, who should be very touched! It was a joy to portray this lovely home and landscape, and an honor to provide the house portrait that will bring warm and cherished memories to this family for many years to come.
